EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 1998

 Airventure 98

Zooommmm!!!!!

While vacationing in Wisconsin in the summer of 1998 to visit some close friends, I managed to make it over to one of the greatest air show extravaganzas in the United States and the World; the annual Experimental Aircraft Association air show and fly-in known as "AirVenture Oshkosh".  On that day, over 800,000 people from around the United States and the world came to eat, sleep, and breath airplanes and other flying machines alike and the number keeps getting bigger every year!  It may sound corny, but that day I had died and truly gone to pilot heaven!

I took a bunch of pictures using a 35mm camera and had posted them online way back when, however, when I moved moved my original site to a new web host, the pictures got lost.  One of these days I'll dig them out of my photo collection, scan them, and put some of them online for viewing.  For now, you'll just to take my word for it that there were A LOT of awesome aircraft out there!
